Standard customer-supplied two-piece toilet installation, with your old toilet taken away.
Existing sound flange and connections, normal access. Flange repairs, pipe changes, failed shutoff valves and floor damage are quoted separately. Supply the seat and any proprietary mounting kit with your toilet.

Parts-only pickup prices, subject to actual stock and exact compatibility. Installation, delivery and shipping are separate. Used ceramic pieces are described as used; seals, valves, hoses, gaskets and seats used for service work are new. Ask about rare colours and brand-specific parts.
All prices in Canadian dollars before applicable HST. Base service prices apply to scheduled daytime work in Mississauga. Other GTA travel and parking are quoted in advance. Evening / weekend +$75 per visit; overnight / statutory holiday +$150. Availability confirmed before booking.

A few things to know.
Can I supply my own toilet?
Yes. Standard two-piece installation is $199, or $249 including old-toilet haul-away. The toilet must include its seat and proprietary mounting kit. We confirm the model, access and condition of the existing connections before booking.
Are your parts new or used?
Recovered ceramic pieces such as lids, tanks and bowls are described as used. We use new wear parts for service work, including seals, hoses, valves, gaskets and seats. Exact compatibility and stock are confirmed before sale.
What areas do you serve?
Our base prices cover scheduled daytime work in Mississauga. We also quote work across the GTA. Travel, parking, access and any after-hours surcharge are confirmed before booking.
What if it needs more than a standard repair?
Flange damage, concealed leaks, pipe changes, commercial fixtures and specialist systems need an individual quote. Qualified plumbing or electrical partners are coordinated for work within their scope, with costs included in the quote.
Can you match a discontinued tank lid?
Send the toilet brand, tank model, any stamped number under the lid, measurements and clear photos of the tank and lid. Similar-looking parts may not fit. We’ll check what can be sourced; availability is never guaranteed.
